Privacy Policy
On this page
This policy explains what personal data VY Studios LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It covers this website and the applications we publish.
How this policy relates to individual applications. This document describes our practices across the studio. Each application we publish also carries its own privacy disclosure in the App Store and, where relevant, inside the application itself. Where a product-specific disclosure differs from this general policy, the product-specific disclosure governs that product.
1. Who is responsible
VY Studios LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at any time at vitalii@vy-studios.com or on +1 (321) 946-9840.
2. This website
vy-studios.com is a static website. It carries no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and no third-party profiling scripts. It does not set cookies, and its fonts and styles are served from our own domain rather than from a third party, so browsing these pages does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp — for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to identify individual visitors.
3. If you contact us
When you write to us we keep your message and your address so that we can reply and, where relevant, keep a record of the issue and its resolution. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we do not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone for their own purposes.
4. Our applications
The categories below describe the data our applications may collect. Not every application collects every category; the App Store listing for each product states what that specific product collects.
Data you provide
- Account details — such as an email address, date of birth, and an authentication identifier.
- Profile content — a display name, photographs, and anything else you choose to write about yourself.
- Content and messages — material you create in the application, including conversations with other users where the product supports them.
- Approximate location — only where a product needs it to work, and only with your permission, which you can withdraw in your device settings at any time.
Data collected automatically
- Device and diagnostic data — device model, operating system version, crash reports, and basic usage events, used to keep the application working.
- Identifiers — a randomly generated account identifier. We do not use advertising identifiers, we do not run advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Sensitive information
Information you choose to place in a profile may reveal things about you that the law treats as sensitive. You decide whether to share it. Anything you put in a public profile is visible to other users of that application.
5. Why we use your data
To create and secure your account; to provide the features of the product you are using; to deliver messages and content you have asked to send or receive; to prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access; to diagnose and fix defects; to answer your correspondence; and to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content or messages to target advertising. Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, your consent where we have asked for it, our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and working, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the product, and only to the extent they need it to do so. These currently fall into three categories: cloud hosting, transactional email delivery, and crash and error reporting. Each provider is bound by contract to process the data solely on our instructions and may not use it for its own purposes.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of our users or the integrity of our services. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
7. Where data is stored
Our servers are located in the United States. If you use our products from outside the United States, your data will be transferred there. Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent mechanisms.
8. How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your profile, your content, and your messages within 30 days, other than records we are required to retain by law, records needed to resolve a dispute, and the minimum information needed to stop a banned user from returning.
Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for support history and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period as described above.
9. Deleting your account
Where an application of ours has accounts, it also provides a way to delete one from inside the application, normally under Settings → Account. This permanently removes your profile and content. If you cannot access the application, write to vitalii@vy-studios.com from your registered address and we will delete the account for you and confirm once it is done.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent you previously gave. Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email vitalii@vy-studios.com with the subject line Data request. We respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
Our applications are intended for adults, and unless a product states otherwise they are restricted to users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the stated minimum age for a product. If we learn that we have, we delete the account and its contents.
12. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it and is reviewed regularly. Backups are encrypted and tested. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires, and we will describe what happened rather than issue a statement that says nothing.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you directly before it takes effect.
14. Contact
Questions about any of this go to vitalii@vy-studios.com, or by post to VY Studios LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. A person reads it.
