Reporting a problem in an application
Send the following and the fix will come much faster:
— what you were doing when it broke;
— what you expected to happen instead;
— your device model and operating system version;
— the application version, shown on its settings screen;
— a screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
Reproducible reports are usually resolved in the next scheduled release. Anything that loses data or blocks normal use is treated as urgent and fixed out of cycle.
Deleting your account
Where one of our applications has user accounts, it also provides a way to delete one from inside the app, normally under Settings → Account. Deleting an account permanently removes your profile, your content, and your messages.
If you have lost access to the application, write to us from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you. We confirm in writing once it is done.
Privacy and data requests
To request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, restrict how it is used, or have it deleted, email us with the subject line Data request. We reply within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not disclose one person's data to another. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting another user
Where an application of ours lets people interact, every profile and conversation carries a report control, and reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Blocking takes effect immediately and does not wait for our review.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We cannot respond faster than they can.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in one of our applications or services, write to us with Security in the subject line and a description of the issue and how to reproduce it.
Security reports are read before anything else in the inbox. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem before disclosing it publicly.
Business and press
Same address. Say what you need in the first sentence — proposals, partnership enquiries, invoicing questions, and press requests all go to the same place and are read by the same person.
For company verification, filings, or documentation requests, see the registered details.
